The New Zealand Dairy Event Management Committee extends a warm welcome to you all tothe Dairy Industry’s ultimate and most prestigious National Show and Sale.

The three day event showcases the finest in dairy genetics with the best cattle from all around New Zealand,entries are coming from as far south as Balclutha and up to the greater Waikato Region in the northincluding cows owned by her Majesty the Queen. Breeds include Ayrshire, Brown Swiss, Guernsey, Holstein Friesian, Jersey and Milking Shorthorn.

You will experience the Nation’s rural youth in competition and in the trade displays will be some of the newest technologies and genetics available to the dairy industry today.

A special feature of this year’s show would be the entry of a youth team from Australia, they will be competing in the Semex Youth Team Challenge and the Handlers Classes Competition.                  

Look forward to that special Kiwi – Aussie rivalry, this time in the show ring.

The international connection will be further enhanced with the appearance of six of the seven judges who are from Canada, United States and Australia.
